Designed to slip over the top of your Flagpole and is secured by stainless steel set screws.
Perfect for shorter flagpoles, shafts without internal threads or shafts with threads damaged beyond repair.
The top is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle thread of 1/2" - 13NC. Metal Pulley
The ornament is secured to the truck with a stainless steel pan head screw.
Flag rope size is 5/16" inch
