FlagCenter.com, LLC warrants to the first purchaser of its products that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30-days from date of receipt. Damage from extreme weather conditions or improper installation or use is not covered under this warranty.
FlagCenter.com, LLC makes no other express warranty and makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other implied warranties other than those that may be required by law. All implied warranties that may be required by applicable state or federal law are limited to the express warranty above.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. The information we collect about you is used to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.
SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
Most orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. Please note that UPS counts the next day after their receipt of package as day one. We are usually able to ship items within 24 hours of the order being placed but cannot always guarantee quick shipment. Therefore, if you need an item within a certain timeframe, please contact us via the contact form or via phone at (901) 762-0044 before placing an order.
For made to order items, shipping can take up to 15 days (unless otherwise indicated on the product page for that item) but often will ship sooner. If an item is made to order, the product page for that item will include that information.

All packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Air only. There is no ground service to either state for obvious reasons. With current demand for patriotic items and their accessories, inventory levels vary. For Saturday shipping, or to confirm availability and expected delivery times, please contact us at 901-762-0044.
Most orders totaling $100 or more will qualify for free shipping to states within the continental US. If your order totals $100 or more and does not qualify for free shipping, it is likely because your shipping location is outside the continental US, or because one or more of the items you are ordering includes a fixed shipping cost. Most items with fixed shipping costs are very expensive to ship and, thus, cannot qualify for free shipping.
Our secure on-line ordering system is credit card ready for your convenience and your security is assured. You can be sure that our site is secure, by a padlock, or key icon located at the bottom of your browser window. This icon will appear during the last stage of checkout. Using the latest encryption technology, we secure the connection between your computer and our server during the transmittal of credit card payment information.

ORDERING BY PHONE
You can place your order entirely by telephone. Simply make note of the items you would like to purchase. From within the US and Canada, please call us at 1-901-762-0044, Monday thru Saturday, during our normal store hours.
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Flag Poles may be shipped separately from flags and/or brackets to avoid breakage. Orders are packaged to ship as economically as possible. Oversize or overweight orders will be shipped under the same criteria, and we will notify of any additional fees prior to final shipment. Payment of any duty, VAT, customs, tax and/or similar fees affixed to orders placed outside of the United States are the responsibility of the end recipient. Orders shipped outside of the US are FINAL sales and are NOT-returnable and are NOT-refundable.
**Under new UPS, FedEx and USPS rules, Additional Shipping and Handling costs for packages exceeding 48 inches in length may apply. You will be contacted prior to shipping if Oversize Shipping fees are incurred as part of your order. *
For all shipments, If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 36 hours of expected delivery
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
ABOUT UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund (minus shipping charges).
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

FlagCenter.com promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy: The following items may be returned for a refund:
- Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
- Defective merchandise.
- Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
- Merchandise that has not been installed.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or mispacked. Shipping Charges are Not Refundable. Special Orders are Not Refundable.
- Any item shipped internationally.
- No returns or exchanges can be made on clearance items.
- No returns are allowed on flag pole parts
- No returns are allowed on Cut to Order Rope, Rope and Cable Assemblies.
- No returns are allowed on Semi Custom / Custom Designed Flags.
- No returns are allowed on Vinyl Pennants.
- No returns are allowed on flag poles greater than 10 feet.
Returns can only be made on items up to 30 days from the original shipping date. Exchanges can only be made on items up to 30 days after receiving your product(s); restocking fees will still apply. Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.
Some items FlagCenter.com sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special order item by contacting or calling our store it may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. When you call, a sales associate will notify you of any applicable return charges. If defective, you may only exchange these items for the same product. Please call our customer service number if you are uncertain about any part of this return policy or if you have unanswered questions.
PROCESSING RETURNS / CANCELLATION
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from FlagCenter.com. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects.
You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
RETURNS VIA MAIL
Contact our customer service department by telephone or contact form to receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Along with this return number, you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return a product to us without an RGA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. We recommend items be returned via UPS or USPS Priority Mail for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our store. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item is shipped. Only items purchased from FlagCenter.com are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 2-4 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
