Product Description
The Louisiana Purchase is responsible for the tricolor flag of Missouri. This bears a replica of the State Seal, surrounded by a circle of stars which indicate that the State was the twenty-fourth to join the Union. The two mottos read "United we stand, divided we fall" and Salus Populi Suprema Lex Esto, or "The welfare of people is the supreme law."
