Product Description
The center of the State Seal is placed on a white field.This shield features a Native American fro the Algonquin tribe. Above the shield is the Kansas crest, an arm brandishing a sword above a blue and gold bar. The motto is Ense Petit Placidam sub Libertate Quietem, or "By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty."
