Only recommended for flagpoles up to and including 30 ft!
Rope for flagpoles is unique.
After many years of testing we have settled on this flagpole rope made especially for residential and commercial flagpoles.
It is manufactured by a small company in New England that creates all types of rope for ships.
It offers excellent resistance to Rot and Abrasion.
Wire center with Polyester (white) or multifilament polypropylene (colored) jacket.
Tensile strength on the stainless steel wire center is 920 lbs.
Strength is higher in combination with the polyester braid.

Minimum break strength: 1300lbs (white), 750lbs (colored)
Approximate density: 1.63lbs/100ft (white), 1.1lbs/100ft (colored)
When ordering, please select the color of your rope and the height of your flagpole.
Longer lengths available upon request. 500 ft. maximum per spool.
Rope that is cut to order is not refundable.

Too Heavy
I bought this for a 30 ft flagpole and was looking for something that would provide good service life. Well to give good service life, it has to be put into service, which i couldn't do because it was just to rigid. It didn't want to cling to the pulley, it was tii stuff to be made into the knot normally used to join ends and it couldn't be coiled around the cleat. Maybe it would work for a bigger installation, but not a small one. I went to Ace Hardware and bought their flagpole rope, which worked fine.

This flagpole halyard replacement is tough as nails and will last a long time!
A little stiff and hard to tie off or cut but that’s the trade off. Shipped super fast and exactly what I ordered. -
