Product Description
The white, blue framed flag of West Virginia shows the State's Coat-of-Arms. The shield depicts a rock beside which stand a farmer and a miner with implements symbolizing the clearing of the forest, agriculture, and the mechanical arts. The Cap of Liberty surmounts two crossed rifles. The motto is Montani Semper Liberi, or "Mountaineers Always Free."
