Our Made to Order, Sewn Progress Pride Nylon Flag.
The Progress Pride flag was developed in 2018 by American artist and designer Daniel Quasar. Based on the Rainbow-Pride flag from 1978 and the Transgender Pride Flag from 1999, Daniel combined both designs with black and brown colors to represent those living with HIV/AIDS, those who have died from the virus, and LGBTQ+ communities of color. The chevron pattern and new flag colors represent a need for forward movement.
