FlagCenter.com has tried to make its shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from the Internet's low pricing plus the convenience of delivery to your door. Your shipping and handling fee is our cost to package and ship your items by UPS or USPS. FlagCenter.com does not make a profit on shipping costs.

For your convenience, we offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping options. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Because Next Day and Two Day delivery service involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. Items which are very large or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier; these items are identified at time of purchase.We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase, however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you have ordered an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund before your order is shipped.

Where can I have my order shipped?
Within the U.S. and major U.S. protectorates: We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping & Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these email invoices for your records.

Shipping Rates
Weight and package size can vary depending on your order. All shipping rates are determined by UPS and USPS. Occasionally we will pay or discount shipping costs based on a promotion. Once you begin the check out process your approximate shipping cost will be calculated.
